Emma High is a multi-media artist who draws from the traditions of photography, installation, video, and sound. While her personal portfolio reveals a video emphasis, photography is at the heart of her studio practice. The concepts that High is dealing with demand the platform of video installation and sound to be fully realized.

Ms. High was born and raised in the High Desert Plains of Twin Falls, ID. She received her BA in printmaking from Southern Oregon University in 2007 and her MFA in photography from The University of Arizona in 2011. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including the BF Gallery in Taipei City, Taiwan, The European Center for Photography in Bratislava, Videoholica Festival in Varna, Bulgaria, and The Garden Gallery in Abu Dhabi.

Ms High is currently an Art Director at Amazon.com in Seattle, WA as well as the sound provider for Kundalini BBQ.
